Why All The Negativity?
Most writers want to pursue one of two paths to make money: publishing and freelancing.
Yes, there are other ways to make money as a writer (screenwriter, video game writer, copywriting, etc.). But publishing and freelancing are the two behemoths in the business. The Holy Grail, so to speak.
