Do you feel constant, dull stress in your day-to-day life?

Or maybe your stress feels more like an eighteen-wheeler hitting you in the chest?

Do you find yourself unable to put your finger on the exact source of your stress?

I’m going to tell you the reason that you’re so stressed. Not because I’m a psychologist or even know you, but because after working and interacting with a variety of people in the general public for several years, I can’t help but see there is one hidden issue underlying most people’s day-to-day stress.

When you boil it down, there are only a couple of options for managing stress.

One of them is comfortable but unhealthy.

The other is uncomfortable but healthy.

And the option you choose will have an outsized impact on your quality of life.

The feeling you can’t avoid

No matter where you look these days, there are plenty of reasons to feel stressed. Clickbait headlines make grabs for your attention on the news or social media all day long. You’re bombarded with 24/7 news that spins every story to make you believe that fear and outrage are the only responsible…
