The stock market. Coronavirus. The economy. The elections. These are just a few major events that are eating up our attention right now.
There’s an undercurrent of uncertainty that’s swelling right now, and and it’s causing panic on a scale that hasn’t been seen in our generation.
But fear and panic are never a good way to respond to a crisis. In fact, they only make an already difficult thing worse.
For the most part we’re not able to control what’s happening in the world. The one thing we do still have control over is the way we respond.
